Order Processing

At House Kemora, we strive to process your orders efficiently. Orders received before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. Processing includes selection, handling, packaging, and shipping preparation.

If an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date. Back-ordered items typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. If an item becomes available sooner, it will be shipped immediately, and you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

During high-order volumes, such as holiday seasons, processing times may extend. Should this occur, we will inform you promptly.

Payment & Sales Tax

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed at the time of order placement, regardless of lead time. We currently cannot split payments across multiple methods.

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax requirements and thresholds may vary and are subject to change.

Pricing & Adjustments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. House Kemora reserves the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors, including technical or administrative mistakes.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock but available for back order, it may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. We will contact you within two business days with an estimated arrival date. You may cancel your back order at this time. Payment will not be charged until the item is ready to ship. Once ready, we will contact you to finalize payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include insurance for the full value of your purchase. Delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of House Kemora. Signature upon delivery is required for all shipments.

International Shipping For orders outside the United States, additional processing time may apply. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Packaging

House Kemora ensures that every order is elegantly packaged for a luxurious unboxing experience. Each order includes a branded gift box, jewelry pouch, and authenticity card. Packaging may vary by product.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost in transit or encounters a delivery issue, contact us immediately at info@housekemora.com. Once an order is delivered and signed for at the correct shipping address, we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Returns or exchanges can be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@housekemora.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing refunds once your return is received and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Custom Orders Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable and require full payment at the time of purchase.

Repairs & Resizing

Repairs For repairs due to manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase, contact info@housekemora.com. Repairs outside this window or due to wear and tear will be assessed individually.
