Do not use polishing cloths directly on gemstones. Store gemstones away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and store pearl jewelry separately to prevent scratches.

- Timing & Tracking: Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks from receipt. We will provide a tracking number once your jewelry is returned.

Warranty Policy
House Kemora jewelry is covered by a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Repairs for mechanism flaws (clasps, hinges, posts), chain issues, and replacement of loose or missing stones.
What’s Not Covered
Lost or stolen items, accidental or negligent damage, natural tarnishing, and pieces purchased from unauthorized retailers.
If your item is not covered, we will provide a detailed repair quote. You may choose to proceed or have your jewelry returned for a $30 return fee.
